it says it in the auction right at the top of the description

Note: This car had been rebuilt, from the front pillars to the front bumper is a Japanese front clip which we imported from Japan. The rear end of the car a USA made 92 Honda Civic EX, 2 door Coupe. The car was rewelded by a professional and we have all paperwork

EDIT: now that i reread your post, you were probably sarcastic, but sarcasm doesn't work too well on the internet..

welded together front end cars that arent meant to be that way arent my style either. who knows how solid that car is, you could hit a bump or something and have the front end bend or something, anyway thats a can of worms i wouldnt want

Never a coupe made in Japan.

PLUS, correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought JDM cars don't have VIN numbers? Isn't that only for U.S. cars?
