Default Cleaning Tail lights

I have the old school "CLEAR" tails on my 93 hatch, not the altezza's and water got into the actual light housing itself. How can I go about cleaning the mold out of them?

take them out, put it in the oven, bake them and pry out the layer of the light, clean it, put it back together by reheating them plus some silicone sealer
