Cheap Horse power improvements?

Just want to add a lil power to the motor of my 91 Accord. Need a cheap and easy to install modification. Keep in mind, I'm new to this. Very new. Car is totally stock. Any suggestions?

intake, exhaust, header, new plugs, plug wires, ground cables

Thanx......I used to drive a 93 Probe GT...the stock honda is just to slow....Which of those would be the cheapest and easiest?

New Plugs and wires + ground Cables or the new intake.

ebay style CAI, N2o 50 shots, walbro fuel pump, colder plug.

forget about header and exhaust, ground wires? wasting your money

i made a cai for my 92 ex id go for that first its cheaper then most mods then shopping around for a good deal on a custom exhaust and muffler would probably be your best 2 cheapest and most effective mods
