Spring Rates
See this thread https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=524760 basically don't play around with spring shock combo, instead get coil-overs with the spring rates you like. But I'd expect the spring rate of eibach and h&r's to be in te mid 250.

I don't know about the H&Rs, but a few years ago Eibach used to have spring rates listed on their website. If I remember right, it was 200 front, 157-220 rear (progressive). I don't know if they still use those numbers.
