Peeps with Spoon Header
A friend of mine told me that the Spoon header hangs very low from the car and many people have been denting theirs while driving. I plan on putting my header on this weekend, my car is not lowered and still has stock suspension. Does anyone else have problems with banging their header while driving?
you only have to be careful on steep driveways and downramps. and of course avoid road debris. otherwise you should never hit anything with the way your car is (especially if it's not lowered).
Never lend your car to anyone. I lent mine to my father, who hates my car and now there is a 2 inch long dent on my 2 lower pipes.
My car is a bit lowered though.

I dented my Spoon header a bit, nothing too serious, but it still hurt!!
I lowed my car around 1 to 1.5". Also, the roads suck around my area doesn't help too. But if you are still at stock height, I wouldn't worry about it!!

I wonder if i'll be ok with my GSR a set of H&R OEs (.75 inch drop) and a spoon header - the H&Rs should put me close to what you guys get to consider stock height - I hope/think, please correct me if I'm wrong
mine's lowered an inch and I have had no problems w/ the spoon header. I would, as said b4, be careful on speed bumps and ramps and you should be fine...
AND NEVER LET ANYONE DRIVE YOUR CAR! that's the most important factor in keeping your car scratch/dent free...
