AC line touches wastegate
Sorry for the double post, I posted in the Integra forum before deciding this forum would probably have more answers. I'll delete that post shortly.
I'm working on a turbo for my girlfriend's '00 Integra LS right now. Got the OBX turbo manifold (I know, I know, shouldn't have done that, but I got it before I heard about the issues with it and this one is braced underneath unlike the cracked ones I've seen) Anyways, the shop installing it and I are running into problems with the wastegate.

If you look at the pic in the link, you'll see that the wastegate flange comes out at an angle. And when mounted in the Integra, the wastegate (Deltagate II) touches the rubber A/C line. Obviously we can't leave it like that. So I'm looking for a solution.
Have any of you run into this issue before? We've removed the line, and I'm trying to find a slightly longer one from another Honda that will work so we can pull it back away from the wastegate. Losing the A/C isn't an option since I live in GA and it's 95 in the summer with humidity. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

We've already got a bunch of heat wrap, but my friend at the shop doesn't think it will be enough. The AC line physically touches the wastegate right where the dump tube fits up. And the AC line is rubber. Is heat wrap that good?

We've already pulled the line out as far as it will go. We cut the stock bracket in half and reworked it, but it's still touching the wastegate. Is it possible to push the hard line over a little? Right now the stock bracket is mounted in the stock hole. but if we were to shift it over 2-3", the line would clear. But the hard line would have to flex a little to get the rubber line over that far. Would that cause reliability issues? Is it even possible?
