Are these good hoods? Anyone have them? Hows the fitment, hows the quality, etc etc etc. . .any info would help, thanks

 

I have a JDMhondaparts hood..from what I understand, the hood is made by VIS.. Its top quality..fit perfectly, although some hoods have slight blemishes in the weave.. but it is barely noticeable...a bit on the heavy side, but what do you expect it is not a spoon CF hood.. great quality for the price..

i think they are the same price..., its just that JDMhondaparts.com distrubutes the VIS hood under their name.. but its the same basic hood..I could be wrong, but I have had a VIS USDM integra hood that I got from VIS..and now a JDMhondaparts.com/VIS JDM integra hood that I got for JDMhondaparts.com..they both look the same to me..

 

jdm honda parts sells hoods made by sunny stylin'

vis also sells some of sunny's hoods.

sunny's hoods are made here locally. and aren't too good. dont get confussed. just because you get a hood from vis, it might not be their "grade A"

 

Yes, that's right... JHP get's there hoods from Sunnny Stylin' but recently their carbon is CRAP and the way i know is i got some and it was absolutly horrifying !

so when do you know if you have a sunny styling or VIS hood? any visual diffrences?

 

I have never seen a sunny hood with rolled edges.

 

actually..the CF hood I got from JDMhondaparts.com had rolled edges.. so I dunno.. maybe they aren't ALL sunny styling hoods
