Default trans. question

my friend owns a 91 accord with has an auto. transmisson. he has this urge to swap in a standard transmission. my questions are, if he was to use a prelude trans: would it bolt up?, what flywheel, p/p, and clutch combo is recommended, and has anyone done this and have any tips. I am a civic guy, so this isnt really my area, but i would think that the prelude and accords to have the same transmissions. any help would be greatly appreciated.

accord and prelude trans are identical
if he just wants 5 spd then just swap it for another accord
if he wants prelude trans then he is lookin for shorter gear ratios
