Default Strength of H22 block

My friend has a 97 prelude forsale. I was wondering if the cylinder walls pose a problem to added HP. Are the walls in a H22 floating cylinder walls like the B series or is it solid? I heard that in order to run forged pistons the block would have to be sleeved, is this true and why? How much HP could a stock H22 block hold given enough fuel and tuning. I just wanna know how far I can take it before it pops. Thanks

Brad

to use forged piston you do have to sleeve the block.

There was no H22 in the states in 1992 it started in 1993.

The "floating" bores when sleaved can take upwards of 40lbs of boost...
The reaon that you have to sleave the motor is that the boore of the engine is a "Fiber material" called FMR. forged pistons do NOT like it.
