Might wanna checkout the EF-1 Stuff...It's pretty inexpensive and handles 12mm lift.
what do you want to get? springs and retainers? Valves also?
REV Valves and valvetrain is a good choice as well as Ferrea stuff.
Got some deals on the REV stuff if interested.

"Once the motor was torn down, the first part of building a strong NA monster is a crazy valvetrain. Here we install ITR outer spings and Portflow inner springs and titanium retainers. This should be good for 10,000rpms redline."

get in touch with them and ask Brad about his valvesprings and retainers. Top quality parts and very good pricing too.

Least expensive: I'll sell you a set of 8 stock b16a/gsr inner springs for $40, put those on your exhaust side with stock retainers and they're rev fine to 9800 rpm (tested by me).
Decent expensive: Portflow inners with Portflow Titanium retianers or Endyn / Eibach springs with Endyn retianers
The key is you're only using CTR cams so stock stuff will work fine just need to put some inners on your Exhaust side.

itr outer(only need outers for intake side) + portflow inner. move gsr outer intake (same as itr) to exhaust side. stock retainers if u r a daily driver imo u dont want to worry about titanium. plz dont go off cuz i said that.
