I live in NEw Orleans and am about to purchace a base prelude from Los angeles California. I know that emissions are strict there and was wondering if the ECU has different MAP's due to smog laws.

In new orleans we do not have to worry about smog check. I need to know if there is a difference in the cali ECU's and all other ECU's

the ECU shouldn't have changed unless someone did something to it after purchasing it
