Default Type R head with CTR piston set-up need help

In like 2 weeks i am about to run this in my 94 GSR
GSR block with a Civic Type R piston
Type R head
Type R intake manifold
Type R throttle body
custom port and polish
the head is not milled
valve job
Skunk Stage 2 cams
Skunk 2 valve springs
Type R retainer

Type R CAI
JDM Type R 4-1 2.5"collector
2.5" Testpipe
2.5" Hayame Cat-back exhaust
Aem Fuel Rail
B&M fuel pressure regualtor and guage
STR cam gears 5 bolt pattern

The QUESTION is i need help on decidin what kind of clutch and how many lbs flywheel............
I kinda settle on the brand i want ACT clutch kits but don't know which one is diea for my set-up
and how many lbs flywheel should i consider....or just get a stock Type R flywheel which is 15lbs or get an ACT 12.5 lbs or the Prolite series ACT flywheel 8.8lbs iwill be using this in a GSR tranny

my old 96 integra had an LS/vtec set-up
usdm itr piston
gsr head
p&p
milled
clutchmasters stage 1
clutchmasters 9lb flywheel its all warp up and has scratches so i figure its useless..........
i/h/e
ls tranny
i heard to light is not good so i really need help? can't decide

help will greatly be appreciated
