Default removing paint on factory painted wheels

im about to take the paint off a set of black slipstreams to get them powdercoated...

i know everyone uses aircraft striper, will this work on factory painted wheels? and if that doesnt work, how much does sand/bead blasting cost in yer area? [w/o hookups]

because i dont feel like spending 200 dollars to get paint removed if i can spend like 10 dollars on air craft paint remover and it will do the same thing....i know the **** is strong and everybody uses it on valve covers and what not, just making sure it works on factory painted wheels too. thanks
