I just want to make sure I have this installed correctly. When I drive I hear a cool air sucking sound. Is that supposed to be there, or is that the sound of air leaking somewhere in the setup? That's all I had a question on.

 

If it is a slight whistle...its normal!!

 

yes perfectly normal. also in case you dont already know the whistle sound it will make at half throttle is normal also.
