Does the distributor have any thing to do with Fuel delivery?
what kind of problem are u having? to answer your question, No. Distributor has nothing to do with fuel delivery, but has a lot do do with how your car burns your fuel...Distributor=distributes spark to burn your fuel on each cylinder.
so r u saying you have spark in only 2 cylinders? if thats the case, yeah something is wrong with your distributor not your fuel. But yes, the distributor tells the computer when to fire an injector.
Does the car run fine most of the time? If so and the car is throwing NO codes, and your sparking only a one or two of the plugs after it dies, then chances are its your ignitor.

yeah used ones run about 100 bucks from the junkyard. what motor are you running? if its stock is it DPFI or MPFI? i have extra distributors for both. I'll do like 75 for one if you would like. Let me know.

You should try a new cap and rotor man. If your getting spark then that means your internals for the most part are working in the distributor. If all else fails then I would get a new one.
yeah i got one, 75 shipped. the ignitor (which is the common part the goes out runs 89 bucks at honda) so i'll send u the whole thing, cap rotor coil and dizzy for 75 if u want. let me know,
