a friend of mine has a crx that all of a sudden wouldnt start. apparently its got fuel and spark but the spark is low. the batt is new, so were thinking the destributor is the culprit. any other ideas???
im gonna try his des. in my car and see if it works.

Try the Distributor Cap. Change that out. Also, you might want to try Bosch +2 or +4 spark plugs. Go with the +2, the +4's will have too much heat.

Don't listen to him about the plugs. Get stock NGK's. Maybe the coil or ignitor is going out.

 

well, i put his des. in my car with my cap and my car wouldnt start. so we've got it narrowed down to the igniter or the destributor.
