Streetability of ACT puck clutches?
Im in the market for a new clutch/flywheel since mine has gone to ****.
I drove a friends civic w/ the extreme pressure plate and 4 puck clutch and that is out of the question. It was possible to drive smooth, but a huge pain in the ***..
Would a heavy duty pressure plate and 6 puck clutch help out on that.....or in order for it to be smooth do i need the sprung hub?
Anybody's help w/ experience w/ these ACT puck clutches would help.

How much power are you mak'n? If you are stock and you want the 6puck haha thats your choice. Honestly I'm breaking in the Street Disc with the Xtreme Pressure plate and it feels good. The XX/SS combo is nice and I'm running a JRSC at 6psis. The 6 and 4 pucks are kinda over kill and a pain in the *** when driving in traffic. But your money your car good luck
As of now I have minor bolt ons.....but I plan on finishing up my custom turbo kit by the end of the summer so I will need something able to hold the power my engine might make at about 6 psi.
I just really want to know if a heavy duty pressure plate and 6 puck clutch will drive alot easier than a extreme pressure plate and 4 puck clutch.
If its still gonna be real harsh, ill go with everpopular hdss
edit: fuckit, i ordered the hdss and called it a day

i ahve the hdr6 in my prelude and i love it. hell my mom drives it and dont complain. very streetable and grabs like hell when i want it to.. the xtr6 would prolly be kinda harsh, i have driven xtss's and they seemed to be grabbier than my hdr6
