Default price on a 97 dx hatch?

I found a 97 dx hatch in my area that I'm thinking of buying. $4995 with about 166,000 miles on it. What do you guys think? Rip-off? Too many miles? Can I do do any better than this?

In my opinion it isn't a good year, it's the best year.

Reasons:
96-97 has the hatch pop on the floor of the driver's side next to the gas

97-00 has side impact beam underneath the rear seat.

A 99-00 front end and taillights along with a 96-98 CTR climate control and you're all set.

Yead dude , just make sure the body is in REALLY good condition because it does have a lot of miles. The price seem fairly ok, but I would shop around a little bit more. I paid $5400 for my 97 coupe with only 80k so I would look around just to make sure you getting a deal!!

What I mean was that it has a hatch lever next to the gas tank release lever. the 98-00 have a lock and handle on the actual hatch.
