Am i able to use my stock DX lower control arms
right now i got the Si(R) rear sway bar in there...

yes you can use your stock control arms.
Dont run that bar without a reinforcement kit like http://www.beaksproducts.com
If not, I guarantee you will tear your rear subframe.

i have a jdm itr 23mm rear bar on my EG and its badass.. definatly get the beaks kit.. i was gonna go with the bsq kit but the beaks kit is very nice and strong.. im waiting on some parts for my front bar and ill be all set.. good luck
