help- clutch slipping prior to gear engagement

anyone kno why when i change gear, before the gear engages, its makes a horrific squeeching sound before it cathces the gear? act 4 clutch puck

Could be some oil or antifreeze on the flywheel, causing the clutch not to grip but to slip.

so the clutch isnt broken or anything right? how do i find out if there is oil or af, and how do i go about fixing the prob?
