Default b18c vs. jdm b18c

how much of a difference in power is there between a b18c and a jdm b18c? if they were both equal in miles and wear what would there difference be?

JDM B18Cs never had a "1" in the engine code.

All i know of is higher compression, but some how they managed to squeeze out 10 more horses from the B18C.

Got my JDM B18C because it was cheaper!.....ohh yea and because its jdm....yeah lol

Note: Not trying to be picky, but just making info as correct as possible

USDM: B18C1
JDM:B18C

JDM B18C can be either the SIR-G(U.S. GSR) or the JDM ITR Engine.

and here are the specs on it

B18C SIR-G
Power (bhp@rpm): 178@7600
Torque (ft/lbs@rpm): 129@6200
Compression Ratio: 10.6:1
Bore (mm): 81
Stroke (mm): 87.2

compared to the U.S. GSR B18C1

Power (bhp@rpm): 170@7600
Torque (ft/lbs@rpm): 128@6200
Compression Ratio: 10.0:1
Bore (mm): 81
Stroke (mm): 87.2

I have had both engines, the jdm one is better, and stronger enough that i can feel the difference. I blew the usdm one, and replaced with the jdm one because of price.

Noone mentioned the exhaust manifold is different, the jdm looks like it flows better as the usdm one looks like it kind of pinches at the bottom. Dont remeber exactly but they are different.
