Default Cam ?'s

I wanna put a nice cam in my car. any suggestions. I want a nice smooth idle i dont want a nasty nasty cam. and if any one has power gains from there id like to know the gain. This is for a SOHC Z6

Search is key. I had aZEX street/strip cam in my D16Z6 and had excellent results. I wouldn't go with anything less than a stage 2. You should look into the new Skunk 2 cams coming out. Also, Exospeed has some new SOHC cams out now.

see im honestly looking for the same thing
The Gude bullfrog cam seems very good
the ZEX cam ive heard positive talk about
ive talked to that exospeed guy on the board, but i dont know how good they are

im prolly going to go with the ZEX since ive heard alot of good talk about it
