I have a turboed ls and it's deffinetely fast. The money you save on the swap you can put into a turbo setup. I would go with ls.

Yes, I agree with the ls. I've should of done that from the beginning. I thought about going allmotor that's why I picked the b18c but now want to boost. With the money I spent on the b18c, I've could of had a b18a + turbo kit.

b18a swap=175
turbo kit=3k

b18c=3400

Oh well, I will be boosting the b18c this winter

b16a, b18a,b, or c is pretty easy if you have a mount kit and a convertion harness if you want obd1.

Didn't know anything about swaping before but did alot of research and had no problems with swap and no codes. Been driving for about 2 years now.

In the May 2003 SCC,
There is a '91 Dx hatch /LS swap article.
Try to pick it up, it helped me alot.

No problems, just make sure you use 90-93 axles with 90-93 interm. shaft and 94 and up with their interm. shaft. Go to hasport home page for more info.
