Low 14's definitely, I'd say 13's. Depends on your tires and your driving skills. I've got a bone stock 1st Gen B16 in my hatch with just an exhaust and I ran a 14.3

All depends on the driver though.

Hard to tell. All motors are different and some are whats called FREAKS. Freaks are rare and are extremely fast for what they are. If you have one of these then you may even see mid 13's. If not maybe high 14's

Have you spent any time on a dyno tuning it? ie fuel pressure and timing? if not I'd say high 14's

Definitely low 14's or even high 13's. Depends mostly on tires.

too many variables; elevation, temp, driver, tires, motor condition, etc. Just go run & find out

B16s are fun.... With some slicks and some driving practice on em you should hit high 13s fo sho. Depends on a lot of other things, like the ones listed.
