hey this is the story basically my friend drove my car and down shifted to second when he shoulda downshifited to fourth ......so basically i have some bent valves but im gettin a brand new head for aroudn 1200 cdn........so what should i do now that my engine is cracked open should i port and polish the head 5 angle valve job **** like that.........and another question is if my vavles are the only thing wrong with my old head then what parts shoudl i be able to sell off of it

how about everything other than the valves, thats a thought

 

i konw that but what exactly does that consist of like cams....springs and retainer etc etc i dunno my cars that well just askin a question

 

sell it to me for a hundred bucks and you wont have the problem

well, if you really dont know your car well, I suggest you try to ask people on this board how much they would sell the head without the valves first so that you wouldn't get ripped off
