Default rusted bolts, screwed up thread

small problem, the bolts on the cat connecting it to the header, are rusted as HELL, so bad that the thread on the "head" of the bolt is gone, i.e. the sockets are useless, i must have sprayed a galon of wd-40 on those *****, but i can't budge them because nothing fits, going to try using plyers, anyone have this problem before?... what can i do?

just found out i can get a kit to strip the nuts, the problem is that the nut is in such a position that the damb socket (from the nut stripping kit) probably won't even get there, i swear i musta drenched that **** in wd-40, car is on jacks out side now, this really sux, and this header thing was supposed to be a 2hr job..i've been at it for 2 hours just trying to get the nuts loose...
i swear getting that piece of **** oem header off is a pain in my ***

try a torch on the ends of the bolts. if that doesn't work, you may need to cut the bolts out.
