That's how all the manifolds for h22/23 put the turbo.

oops, didnt even realize it was a prelude body. so all the manifolds from the major companies put the turbo like that? a custom one wont fit like normal?? all the turbo h22's we have done were in accords and civics.

they dont all sit like that
thats the old drag mani and that style sucks ***** too. New ones today are alot better and dont boost spike like that one

the drag manifold for h23's and h22's never boost spiked
And for some reason the few highest whp h23's on this borad run them
In to some one shows me better as in higher whp at low boost then me,Am sticking with the old school drag.
They do make other manifolds but i never seen good numbers on any of them but drag and full race style.
So hey guy show me your number on your manifold that dont suck ball, and am not trying to here am not ready yet like every prelude on this borad thats claiming big numbers

then all the manifolds dont put the turbo in that position. the way that manifold sits sucks man.

the drag , revhard, maxrev and fmax put the turbo like that. so me a standard mani that's not a equal length that has the turbo straight down...
Damn is that set-up even functional? It looks like you could easily blow the piping right off as it looks very restrictive with the tight bends like that.

MotorMatrix.com am not trying to say its the best manifold out there
But if you have a full size radiator you can only run that stlye unless you running a small turbo like a t3/t04b ,The same turbo that come with all kits for accords and preludes.
you see a few guys with h22's running a t3/t04e with accords and preludes with the sfp manifold that sits on the bottom like a tegs and civics but you have to cut the motor mount or take it out to fit the turbo in there and you can never up grade to like a 60-1 or 62-1 it will not fit with out hitting the block
You still never see and good numbers with them on h22's anyhow
if your runing and civic style half radiator i would go custom or a full race style manifold
