There was a post on this a while back, i think they said it actually loses HP.... forget exactly what it said though, but in conclucion, stay away from it. In fact, stay away from anything from OBX, theyre practically the same as APC and Matrix.

common bro I know you know better than this. Yes that manifold won't do you *****! I'm willing to bet that OBX does ***** as for R & D for all their products. The designe it self is good but it has to be testes for the best flow. I mean if your going for the all bling-bling factor then it's ok i guess. If you want it to perform than wait for the skunk2 intake manifold or get yourself a y8.....then polish it if you still want the stunna effect yo!

people think by just slapping a big manifold will give them power!!!
u gotta stay close to ur engines demands....
if u got turbo or N2O, yes that might help because u will need extra air for the fuel and for the power..... for a NA car, that will bog the car, sine it has actually no vacumm pressure and will cause turbulence, wich in case will cause a lean mixture if it doesnt suck what the engine wants and u might cause detonation...

its like having a baby suck tru a hose..... a big guy can , but a baby theres no use because hes not strong enough (get my idea???)
the design doesnt look that bad
but unless u going turbo.... i say leave it alone

I have a bunch of stock D-series manifolds at the house, and to me. The d16a6 ports didn't look too much bigger than the y8 ones.

well, as of last month, I've decieded to go with another B-series swap for my CRX. I've gather numerous parts for a single cam that I thought I was going to build a SOHC mini me turbo-charged. But my intend to stay with a B motor (due to I have more accesible parts on hand) I'm getting rid alof stuff here soon.

For starters, I have a '00 Civic EX Y8 complete head and manifold , minues few sensors.

If interest, PM me.

Taking offers.
