Default Oil problem

Well, after servicing the bike with oil change, spark plug chance, oil filter change etc the bike was running fine for like 2-3 weeks, but one day after refuelling my oil check light would come at low revs, when i give a bit of throttle to like 2000 revs it goes away, when you let it drop to the idle (900 revs) the oil light would flicker on and off. Now im completely stuck, the oil level seems to be ok, well its maybe a tad higher than the max point, but i figure it shouldnt be the problem since the bike was fine for 3 weeks and now this suddenly appears. Oh yeah, also its only seems to be happening when the engine gets to the normal temperature point, when its below the point the oil light never comes on, Anyone know what this might be? and there havent seem to be any other problems beside the oil light, the bike runs as normal as usual, it maybe gets over the normal temperature level a bit faster but its prolly coz of the summer..

The oil light on bike only come on when there is not enought oil pressure, it is not a low level light like on a car. Hopefully it is the sensor going bad becaus if it isnt thats not a good thing. The oil sensor shouldnt be that hard to replace or have checked. I would have it checked out if you do loose oil presure your bike will not lubracate the upperend and will result in cams prematurely wearing and lot or other very bad things.

if the sensor is working properly then you do have some real problems. possibly oil pump failing or clogged oil passage / clogged oil pickup starving pump?

unless you're mechanically inclined i would take it to a repuatable shop asap.
