Default pcv valve

Anyone know what this does. Mine broke off and there's air coming from the hose, what damage will this do to my motor if I keep running it that's if my motor will still run?

You'll get shitty gas mileage and your emissions will be really bad. Fix it, they cost like $5 for a new valve.

It is spring loaded, once it gets pressure it realeases the shitty oil vapors to be burnt in the engine. Make you own oil catch can... Use search for that.
