HELP ME PLEASE!!! d16z6 swap now a Code 7 (TPS) Throttle angle??!?!?!

Default HELP ME PLEASE!!! d16z6 swap now a Code 7 (TPS) Throttle angle??!?!?!

Oki finished my d16z6 swap in my 91 civic DX, but on my z6 the tps(the clip part) was broken so i put on a tps off of a 89 civic si on it, and now im getting a code 7 and check engine, anyone please help me on how i can fix it, and get rid of those two nasty things!

oh yeah i did search, but nothing came as how to accualy fix the problem

did you switch the yel/wht and grn/wht wires on the TPS? Also, don't you have to adjust the TPS Sensor to read a certain voltage when it's at idle and WOT? It could also have a flat spot in it, meaning it doesn't read at all at a certain throttle position. I would do a continuity test on all three prongs and see if it goes out of range or not.
