Timing Advancement
generally, on a moderatly stock motor, advancing the timing gives the car more lowend and midrange power and response. Retarding the timing will make the lowend and midrange slower, but topend can make more power. But every car is different, so it really depends on your mods to determine the best place.
The HELIX POWER TOWER raises the throttle body injection unit 1 inch. The additional height combined with the unique HELIX spiral flow design creates a vortex air flow that greatly improves fuel atomization. This results in more complete combustion. Dyno tests resulted in up to 20 more horsepower, dramatically increased torque and improved fuel economy. Will this work on a honda?

It's just a gimmick. You're lucky if it does anything whatsoever.
