top end: port n polish-stock cam-valve job-your choice of header

bottom end: resleeve-any CR forged pistons-really good rings-billet rods

tranny: billet axles
auto: either swap to manual and build it, or L10 or Protech rebuild-L10 or Protech torque converter
manual: clutch-flywheel

you will also need to get a lot more fuel to it.
There is more stuff, but that's all I can write right now.
I suggest you take a trip to Barnes and Noble, and go into the automotive section and get all the material you can on the subject, and actually read it.
Also, nothing beats hands-on experience, so try to hook up with people to learn.

I wouldn't jump straight into 200 shot. I say get a 75 DP kit, and slowly work your way to 200 shot. That way you get a feel for what the bottle will be like instead of, getting on it first time with a 200 shot and being shocked about the power and blow your motor.

why?

why dont you just do a turbo?

i dont see the point of a 200 shot of nitrous

when you arent on the bottle with compression that low to handle all that nitrous, you would lose quite a bit of power

Not to mention that engine could barely handle that shot fully built.

only 200?? why dont hit up 400 shot. I dont think you relalize how much it would actually cost to safely run a 200 shot.

i have a 75 shot and thats enough for 240whp and its safe.

for a 200 shot you will need pistons, rods, sleeves, lots of fuel and a big suitcase of $$$$$ not worth it to me.

well, either way you go about it, 200 shot or turbo, to make and safely handle that much power, your gonna have to build the motor.

both ways are gonna cost lots of $$$.

sorry, im just a "n2o head" and I'd rather have a motor that is reliable for everyday driving, but can still go to the strip and lay down awesome numbers. Dont get me wrong, i love the turbo too.

only other thing I would recommend, besides what's already said, would be a progressive n2o controller. that much power coming in at one time would certainly cause problems.
