what shouls i set the cam gears at???????

i have a 98 gsr with a jrsc @12psi , and a hondata 2b .

and my buddy gave me a set of cam gears fo it ana i was wondering what should set them at.as of now i have the exaust cam retarded 2 degree, with the intake cam at 0.

Any help please!!!!!!!!!!!!

and i dont have a dyno or money to put it on one right knoww.

set it at 0 till you can get it dynoed. you wont know what a good setup is until you dyno. every car is different
