Default CF Duckbill on EG...

Wassup guys, i was thinkin about putting a cf duckbill spoiler for my 92 cx hatch. I heard you loose your 3rd breaking light so that's a negative.

So my question is, guys that have this spoiler on your EG, did you make your own breaking light somehow or do you just drive around without it.

Also, if you could, post pics of your spoiler. Or even an SiR one...hehe.

Thanks guys, John

yes, you'll lose your third brake light... not a big deal, though. i've had mine for a couple years and the cops never say anything.

my c/f wing doesn't fit good, it's very thin, the clear coat is bubbled up and chipping off, it's a piece of poop... i hate it.

here's a couple pics...

I have the spoon and Im so pissed at how fast it has gotten scratches and fades, for half the price I could have had the VIS. The VIS is the one Id recommend if you want a good fit and real CF

Check out what I just posted up. After looking at the VIS wing real close, it looks clean (weave looks "deeper" and more glassy) and has nice rolled edges but the rear lip has a rough edge where the 2 weaves meet up at.
