Put in an EX. it comes with tach.

EX, Si, JDM SiR or VTi, anything that came in a 92-95 Civic will plug in (corresponding doors and AT/MT if you care).

damn just found what i was looking for here, i tried searching for the info couldn't find it, had to get down and look myself,.. gonna delete the topic now, thanks guyz this was my question too, but hey with the VTi or SiR is there a clean way to get mph covers cuz inspection is a mother in jersey..

No, they will always be in KPH and theres no way you can change it. If you put a cover over it it would just be lying about the speed. They'll look at whether the car has MPH on the cluster or not?!
