Default Update's on My New Project SI!!!

First comes first and The point of this Project is to build a Reliable Street car with AC, PS, PW, Etc....

So first Mod was to Add Two pusher 12" fans to allow more room for Turbo, DP, and Manifold!

I went ahead and Mounted my Front Mount Intercooler (Thanks Earl) with the Help of my Father!

The motor is all back together Factory Spec (stock everything)

These are just some of parts I have laying around!

So far I have.....

Profec B
Tial 35mm (both Profec and Tial from Charles AKA HondaDriven)
3" Mandrel bent Exhaust With Magna Flow ES style Muffler (MKteller)
DIY mandrel Bent I/C tubing 2.25" Before I/C and 2.5" After I/C
Inline Pro Manifold T3 (Arturbo)
Stans Badass Oil return/Pickup line Kit!
Hondata 2b
And other little Stuff....

Im still waiting on Turbo (SC50) and Injectors 440cc, Though should be here Very soon (Viren) And once I have those I will be able to build my Down Pipe and Do I/C tubing.

I would like to Thank Daddy,My Roomates (Steven,Chris,Jenn), and Sarah

The intercooler is 20X8X3 PWR and should be plenty for my goals, Though im debating on painting it being Im kinda Trying to build a Sleeper if you could not tell by the HX wheels on the Badge Less SI!

I had a 2.5" exhaust setup Just like this one on my N/A EK hatch and it sounded and looked good so thats why i went with the 3" version!

And yeah thats an SR20DET in background, Its going in My roomate's (the mole) S14 once he gets his Clutch in!

Suggestions and Comments welcome!

If I can ask what made you get the 50 trim (SC50) vs the 57trim (SC34)..

I went with 50 trim (SC50) for the fact I dont plan on boosting more then 10psi really, And With my B16a2 the SC50 would be my best bet and give me Bigger Power curve and Less lag!

My power goal is ~270-280whp and I Should be able to hit that with the SC50 .63 AR

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you mounted the "pusher" fans on the condenser, that's actually in front of the radiator, and not on the radiator itself. Doing that and not having a fan positioned directly by the radiator will not cool well at all.

Civic's have a half radiator with the condensor right next to it. Integras have the full sized radiator with the condensor in front of the radiator.

He did it right, there are 2 fans, one going to each

Looks really nice Eric, the 50 trim is a great turbo! One of my favorites. You should see positive pressure very early. Honest question, who's doing the tuning for you?
