Suspension install help.
I've had a set of Neuspeed Sport Springs and when I had them installed on the stock shocks, the factory bump stops were cut. What do I do now when I put on my KYB AGXs? I can't remember if the reason they were cut was because I was using the stocks...
Didnt totally get the drift of your question but,
you'll have to cut 1/2 of the stock bumpstop and use the upper half (the thicker one)
So, if it was already cut, you should have 2 lumps, that kinda look like a pyramid!?!
To avoid shock damage, don't go more than 1/2 the size of the original bumpstop

Uh...If you install anytype of aftermarket lowering springs, you'll have to cut the bumpstops according to the instructions they provide or else you'll have a bump *** ride. As far as I know, Eibach, Intrax, H&R(same as neuspeed), all require you cut the bumpstop according to most imports.
I DON'T remember exactly what it said in the instructions. They were originally installed 2 years ago and I had a shop do them for me. I thought aftermarket shocks in general have shorter bodies because they already take into account the user is probably using shorter springs.... but then again, I could be wrong.
