best I've done is run over PART of my filter - at least I'm assuming I did. TWICE, I have looked under my car to work on something, glanced at the air filter, and noticed that the metal cap on the end of my ricer generic air filter had COME OFF, and I no longer had a cone filter, but an cylinder of K&N material with a arm-sized opening in the end

generic filters

although, at least you didn't run over an HKS megafilter-whatever-thingy

I dont understand how it fell out of the car though? Do you not have a fender liner in?

Don't worry, you could have driven over something worse like a dog or cat. I ran over 3 full beer bottles once (heineken ) in my dad's minivan - and he even saw it. Lets just say that was an awkward moment;

now post it up for grabs at ebay, tell 'em it fell out of one of the 2F2F cars during filming and make some $$$... people go for that ****.
seriously, i saw two preludes on ebay a while ago. one of them a very clean 93 VTEC, nice wheels, etc. the other was a 92 Si with some nasty body kit, graphics, huge generic wheels, and a bunch of tasteless generic **** all over the car.
while homies thought a clean 93 VTEC wasn't worth $6500, they bet on the riced out Si like crazy. it sold for $9000,
but of course, the title had to say: 92 FAST AND FURIOUS V-TECH PRELUDE

It fell off because its a Matrix. I'm serious I've known at least 3 people that had theres fall off or fell apart.

It deserves to be ran over seeing as though it was a Matrix, probably bought off of E-Bay You get what you pay for

I've still got the plastic covering that goes inside the wheel well so even if mine does fall off for some odd reason it's not going anywhere.
