For Exhaust, I love my JIC Full Titanium cat back (if you arent afraid of a little noise :D).
Also check out Top Secret's, Amuse's, and Veilside's.
If Titanium is a little too hard a hit on your pocket book, I would grab the J's Racing stainless steel or Spoon.
Also if you want to get the MOST performance out of your exhaust go with a single outlet N1 style exhaust made out of the lightest material you can afford. That way you get a few extra ponies and drop a HELL of alot of weight (stocker is ~50 lbs, and my Ti is 7 lbs)

If you are looking for power gains with basic bolt ons you will be entirely disappointed. Exhaust replacements are worth abosolutely nothing on this car. The stock exhaust flows sufficiently for the engine in stock tune. If you want something neat sounding then buy a new exhaust, but don't expect to gain any horsepower on the dyno. With some exhausts you'll likely lose power in fact!
The main benefit with an aftermarket exhaust is if its lighter weight. However, you could always buy an 8lb straight-pipe for $140.

Thx JP! U seem to know ur s2000 shait..
What would u recommend doing to the engine to get more kick out of it? I have an AEM COLD AIR INTAKE coming and im looking at changing the exhust. Ohh and nothing thats going to void the warrenty. thxs!!

Dyno plots have shown a couple of horses here and there with various exhausts. Plus in many cases it is a combination of exhaust, header, cam, intake, etc... that make power gains. And lets not ignore the weight reduction (an important factor when tuning a car).
I don't mean to flame but your signature lists a mostly stock S2000. I don't think its fair to make statemets like the one above when you don't seem to have any dyno time at all with any mods, let alone the ones in question.
Also which exhausts are you "loosing" power on? Dyno charts to back this up? I can scrounge up ones that dispute this fact most vigorously.
OG, I wouldnt put to much stock (no pun intended), it mod advice from someone who doesnt have any.

(not flaming you Jerry, I just want some evidence of your first hand experieces with the large number of mods you imply that you have tested because my personal experience, as well as that of my friends with this car has been quite different)
