i could be wrong.. but i belive the PR3 JDM B16 is VTEC enabled.. the PR4 is USDM LS Integra??? and its non VTEC.. other than that.. same 2 O2's, knock, and good stuff.. just no VTEC.
as far as 43.. thast fuel supply.. Hrmm.. ide look into a fuel pump, but someone else should elaborate on that code, and our generation civics.

I had this same problem.....First I have to ask the question is your car a DX, SI, HF? What modle? I have a 88' DX hatch that I have ls-vtec in. When I didnt have the head I was running a pr4 on the b18a and I was throwing the same code. Well I changed the o2 and that didnt work then I tried new fuel filter that didnt work. I tried the injectors, the fuel pump, I tried a new fuel rail I even tried new fuel lines and none of that worked. This isnt the first DX modle EF I have had by the way with a LS swap in it. All of my EF's I have had with this swap have thrown this code. When I put the head on my current car and I put in my pr3 ECU it threw the same code until I had a friend of mine solder all of my Wiring that I did when I converted it to si wiring. To my surprise I didnt throw that code anymore. The code hasnt came back so I would definately give this a chance. Please let me know if it works for you.

now that you bring it up.. i think yoru right..
wirring.. check it... i was helping a guy over the phone, and he had a fuel supply problem.. and we had no idea.. ended up being a either TPS, or MAP sensor configuration.. one of those you have to change on some harnesses..
his car was a 98 CX hatch.. OBD1, P72. but same concept.. wirring. check into it. im not real sure on the diff models harnesses.. ive only delt with Si's.. its much easier

hay costa check your busted *** wiring. i'v seen that rats nest and it's meen as hell. i'm shure your problom lies in there some where. your ecu will throw that code if it thinks your injectors are stuck open due to a short or cloged injector. good luck you bob ross looking buster.
