Default Fuel rail disassembly

Does anyone know how to remove the threaded stud with the hole in it, the one the banjo fitting fits over? Does it unscrew or is it pressed in. I want to convert to AN fittings, but I haven't found banjo adaptors which fit. I just as well take out that threaded stud and put an AN adaptor in it's place... if I could remove the thing.

Anyone know how?

Aeroquip makes banjo fittings that will fit with the sstock stud....I severely recommend going with AEM parts, its a hell of a lot easier to do the project....just do it at one time

Yeah I decided to go with the AEM rail. Not only because of the fuel inlet, but the outlet too. The annoying thing about the AEM part is that there appears to be two different parts, one with provisions for the stock fuel pressure reg, and the other without. Distributers display either, but call out the same part number. Hope I get the right one...
