i have a 1991 b16a1 (DOHC) b16a1 and lsd transmission
i have a 1991 b16a1 (DOHC) b16a1 and lsd transmission. i have a 1990 honda civic hatchback. i wanted to know what is the best turbo out their to buy that will still let me pass smog and give me the most power. any help would be appreciated!!! thanx you guys!!!

This seems like the kind of question you should ask a shop because no one can honestly answer it and we have no incentive to make you buy something in particular

If you are in CA I believe the Greddy Kit is the only one CARB exempt...maybe Apex'i?
