Default LSD Y1 good for my set-up? (b18c1 in 91 Si)

I just got a tranny yesterday that was supposed to be a YS1 w/LSD but it says Y1 on the sticker and LSD on the top. The car is mostly a daily driver but will be taken to the drag strip every now and then. Plus it will be making several 8 hour trips to San Francisco and back (Orange County). I heard the final drive sucks in the Y1 and it's similar to a LS tranny, which I don't think is what I'm looking for. Should I look for a S1 or a USDM YS1, I wish I could find a JDM YS-1 w/LSD but oh well. Let me know what you think, thanks for all your help!

Here's a link for the tranny specs...you decide.

*I've had both Y1 and YS1 trannies and they seem to work pretty much the same...Although I heard that the Y1 is better for drag compared to a YS1...

the thing is, is that I'm going to stay N/A so thought that the y1 would be a bad choice. And the person that sold it to me said I can only return it tommorrow so I have to make a decision asap. So the Y1 isn't that much different then the YS1? Would you take a Y1 w/LSD over a YS1 w/out LSD? Please let me know asap and sorry it takes me so long to get back to you guys, it's because I work 12pm to 9pm and have not access to the internet at work. Thanks guys!
And I still don't know if I'm gunna get rid of the tranny or keep it, but I'll let you know. Thanks!
Oh yeah, I can't wait to do the swap this weekend !

alright, I think I will. I just read through a bunch of old posts about trannies and everybody said the final drive on the y1 was lame, like it was basically an LS tranny, which would suck I would think unless you're turbo. But you guys are making me feel better.
