electrical problems + ticking sound at ignition

electrical problems + ticking sound at ignition
problem 1....
recently, all my electricals been acting funny on me,,,
everytime i start my car
it chokes badly, then my remote starter beeps ,
and all the lights inside the gauge cluster fade in and out,
problem 2....
and second there seems to be a ticking sound
right under the steering wheel when ever i turn on my alarm
its like a double click click sound...
anyone might know whats going on?? or do i need a mechanic to look at it?

well my alarm never had a problem till the otehr day...
and only recent electrical work i did was install 4dr accord
leather seats (power seated) think that might be it?? cause my seat belt
light dont turn on anymore after this was done....
