Just a heads up... There is an event this weekend here in Tampa. It is Sat/Sun, a bunch of people are staying at my place , and it looks to be a great time. Anyone else palnning on attending? Hope to see you all out there.

You better be glad i can't make it or else i would roll all of you hYpE aRR owners!!! that said my car doesn't like autocross without power steering on low speed curves (actually my muscles don't like it..haha).

Sebring and low speed don't go together... course will be FAST, and not horrible for non-power steering cars if I've got anything to do with it....and I bet I'll certainly have something to do with it

 

Mike, at least come out for moral suport... you can drive mine if you want to.

Looks like I don't have to work on Sunday so this will be a great tune up event for sebring. Damn I'm rusty from only running 2 event YTD.

From Metro West (near Universal/Wet Wild) how long should it take me to get there doing about 80mph on I4?? 1hr? 1.5hr?? 2hr?? Anyone??

Use mapquest and reduce time by roughly 10 %

 

it's 69 miles on I4 so I'd say and hour at best for me. Good I can sleep in a bit more!! Also is might rain so is there a place to pitch a large tent and park under it??

 

There are trees that provide some shade and plenty of open grassy area.
