Default A/C Suckin Power

I have a stock '88 CRX DX with a stock D15 in it. Whenever I turn the A/C on it really starts to suck Hp. I know that the A/C runs off the crank but is there some light-weight pullies for this motor? And would they help? I don't plan to modify this car to much, but I don't likr the fact that the A/C pulls so much power for the motor.

no they wouldnt help,

ac on will make your car slower, if you dont like it being slow then you can sweat your *** off all day, or you could just try to drive like a normal person on the street and enjoy your ac.

Your other option is to swap in a bigger motor. A bigger motor will provide you with more power, especially in the lower RPMs. And since the amount of power used by the A/C is a constant (ie does not depend on engine output), you will not notice the load as much.

Your only other option is to not use the A/C when you accelerate.
