i was just wondering wat i should gap them to?? did a search but could really find anything. BTW, i'm gettin NGK plugs and wires. thanx

 

1.1mm I believe. The NGKs you buy should already be gapped right.

Does that go for the copper ones also? because I herd the platinum already come pre gapped. BTW what happens if your plugs are not gapped properly?

if they come from NGK they are all pre-gaped. If the plugs are not gaped properly it affects the spark, which in turn affects the vehicles performance.

 

all platinum plugs are pregaped.... and most plug now a days are platinum.

 

Yes, even the copper are gapped right.

I sure as hell dont waste my money on platinum.

 

me either. i think i still have the oem plugs in my single cam... heheheh. 215k miles later and still running slow.
