yes they are!
i know you are going jrsc so talk to these guys
i am not saying in any way get the hell out of here but h-tech is like 70% turbo and http://www.hostboard.com/cgi-bin/for...100&LastLogin= is the same deal only JRSC majority there. you can also find a blower and info on parts there easier.
