What are the best cams to put in a 99 GSR...i already bought cam gears
being that your new - letcha know once - you can use the search function in the upper right-hand corner, as for the BEST cams - it all depends what you want, do you want a daily driver, do you want all motor drag car, or a track car - it all depends, since you are new - i would probably suggest stock (OEM) ITR cams(about $400), you can step it up to spoon, toda -a,b, or c's, the b's are seem to be popular( but are also mild race cams), you can get about 200whp with good tuning and complementary parts (header, high compression, etc) use the search - it will give a large amount of info...remember to upgrade your valvetrain especially if you are increasing your redline, hope you have lotsa $$$$ this can get expensive
im plannnig on JUN stage 3 , soo i can reach the 220+ allmotor hp range....i've heard they pull hard midrange to topend....all the way to 9500+++
if u want cams....heres ur choices
street - ITR, CTR, or crowers also skunk2's
race and money!!!- JUN's Toda's ......
thought the ITR CTR make more midrange then the jun's and todas what i've seen from dyno's their really ideal for street .... and pretty aggressive for race too...

Do some research first so you make appropriate choices with other mods (such as header, exhaust, intake manifold, fuel delivery, etc.) Depending on how wild the cam, there will be different breathing needs as well as fuel and valvetrain requirements
